In 1952, Danny Brawner started making surfboards and playing drums for band The Sandells in Southern California. Danny’s life was music and surfing and he later shared those passions with his son Damian who has since continued the family tradition of making music and boards.

From this history, Rhythm & Resin was born— a brand bringing together surfers and musicians and a community that supports these local artists and their craft.
